Tom has more than 15 years of experience in the management and real estate industry. For more than 7 years he has been managing as branch manager at Damansara Perdana with Vivahomes Realty Sdn. Bhd. and proven to be the most productive sales force team among other branches – For 4 consecutive years as top branch achiever with a total property transacted value at 1.2 billion ringgits.
Tom has more than 15 years of experience in the management and real estate industry. For more than 7 years he has been managing as branch manager at Damansara Perdana with Vivahomes Realty Sdn. Bhd. and proven to be the most productive sales force team among other branches – For 4 consecutive years as top branch achiever with a total property transacted value at 1.2 billion ringgits.
There, he gained invaluable experience in running, restructuring, and managing a company, working with distressed assets, and restructuring different types of real estate. Through his knowledge and professionalism, he contributed to the successful completion and restructuring of several real estate projects. He found many of his clients investing in real estate without a reliable property manager who would deliver on the promises they made and also had the skills to make their assets perform. This same year he incorporated his team into what is now known as Big Plus Properties.
